Yes. Better of course if you start from RAW.

Do I need BOTH Easy DS Detail and Sharpening Tool AND Detail Extractor V2? I generally print 20x30 inch, or larger from Nikon D300 RAW files... single frames and merged multiple frames. Thanks for your recommendations!!

This depends on your images. Most images are just fine with Easy DS. But for ultimate detail and gritty looks Detail Extractor V2 is hard to beat.
