PMA 2007 Summary

There may not been a lot of exciting news at PMA 2007. You may also consider this as a good thing. here is why:

  • Digital SLRs are at a certain plateau with following features standard across many manufacturers
    • 10MP
    • Anti-shake or IS (image stabilization)
    • wide selection of lenses
    • Anti dust features
    • decent high ISO beyond 800
  • Most fine art printers now based on pigmented inks (Epson, HP, Canon)
    • Ok, having a choice not always makes your life simpler
  • Papers are still evolving (the new trend are the F-Type papers

PMA 2007 Highlights
